I’ve been a customer of Kushal’s for more than 6–7 years, and unfortunately, the difference between then and now is disappointing.
It used to be a great place to buy nice, affordable jewellery. Over the years, the prices have gone up significantly, but I honestly don’t see the same improvement in quality. In fact, I feel the quality has gone down.
Paying around ₹3,000 for a simple everyday jewellery piece or a basic chain dull finish polish simply doesn’t feel worth it anymore. At these prices, I expect much better quality and durability.
After being a loyal customer for so many years, it’s disappointing to say this, but I think it’s time to start looking elsewhere. I really hope Kushal’s focuses on improving the quality and bringing back the value for money it used to offer.

I have very much disappointed with this purchase, because the colour of the bangles changed after 2-3 use and it's of cheap quality material. It canot be used so far. Please check and replace the item if possibl
