Happy Customers

Nice earings

Always love your designs. Enjoy wearing them & they look very authentic.

As shown in pic. Loved it

Very nice product and excellent packaging

Good

Beautiful pearl necklace at an affordable price, I got it for 1000 Rs.

Happy with the product

Missing an order and then taking almost 2 weeks to resend the same, each time a service ticket was raised it was only informed 2-3 business days to resolution. However, i have been shopping at Kushal’s for years and i know they are doing great and this might just be one off cases

Kushals really serve good quality products. I have been a customer of them for more than a year now. Really happy with the products.

The finish is beautiful as always.

Excellent

All the Jewellery design is excellent - malas, necklaces, bangles, zircon especially antique ones are excellent. It is affordable to buy during sale time.

I like to share my experience - i had been to Lakshminarasimha swamy temple, Devarayanadurga on the eve of Narasimha Jayanti wearing a simple, pearl with lakshmi pendent mala. Many, even unknown faces told me ur chain is very beautiful. I felt happy n told them i bought from Kushals.

I request you to extend emi facility to buy some costly jewellary.

Very happy to do shopping with.

Delivery is on time. However when we order multiple items it will be great if they are delivered altogether instead of delivering 2 items, 1 item, etc.
I think it will save money for both the customer and the vendor. For example, I had ordered 8 items, which were delivered 3 or 4 deliveries. So the courier charges will be 3 -4 times instead of one time.

Thank you for responding me and exchange and giving me the product.

It's a beautiful piece...this way my pet stays with me all the time...

So good i love it

Very bad experience. I ordered item twice but i have not received item. After waiting for 1 week they cancel item without any consent. Any worst customer service as they will just talk and will do nothing to resolve issue for customer

Great collection! Happy with the purchase.
