I wanted to bring to your notice a quality issue in your product. One of the earrings shipped by you broke immediately upon trial, picture attached below. Given that we are ordering overseas, and paying really hefty amounts in US Dollars just to find out your company has failed to do quality checks on the product.
The entire experience with your company has been frustrating and unacceptable. It began when you displayed a product on your website that was actually unavailable, then making me to choose an alternative product through a very slow communication process. Following that delay, your team committed an administrative error by accidentally issuing a full refund, only to aggressively pursue me to return the excess funds, which I did promptly
Hi. The items I chose were quite a bit. Everything was packaged in bubble wrap. Unfortunately, the Victorian set was blackened from the back. I wish it didn’t have the black unpolished back. The front is very nice. Since it is a gift for someone I can’t gift it otherwise it’s an excellent piece to have in my collection.
